Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

Everything creators and agencies typically want to know before working with us. If your question isn't here, just book a call.

For creators
What does Z Operation actually do? +

Two things, really. We chat with your fans and we run your marketing.

The chatting side means our team takes over your DMs, sells your content, builds rapport, figures out who your big spenders are. The marketing side means we help you grow. Reddit, X promo, traffic strategies, content advice when needed, that kind of thing.

You shoot, post, live your life. We make sure the inbox turns into money and the new fans keep coming in.

How quickly will I see results? +

Usually you feel a difference in the first couple of weeks. The real jumps tend to hit somewhere between week 6 and week 12, once we've actually figured out who your fans are and what makes them spend.

Honestly though, it depends on where you're starting from. If you have no fans yet, no one's buying anything. We'll tell you straight on the call what's realistic for your situation.

Do I need a minimum revenue or follower count? +

No strict cutoff. We've worked with people just starting out and people pulling seven figures a year.

What we actually care about is whether you've got real fans, whether you post consistently, and whether you actually want to grow. If we look at your account and don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so. Often we'll point you to someone who is.

How is this different from a normal agency? +

A lot of agencies hire whoever responds first on Telegram and pay them peanuts. The result is exactly what you'd expect. Generic scripts, fans noticing it's not you, refunds, churn.

We don't do that. Every chatter goes through training, learns your voice, and writes like you actually would. On top of that we handle marketing too, not just DMs, so you're growing while we're chatting.

We also have direct relationships with most of the top management agencies. If you ever want a full management setup, we can plug you in at terms you wouldn't get walking in cold.

What information do you need from me to start? +

Not a lot, honestly. Account access, a quick chat about how you talk and how you want fans treated, what you're comfortable selling and what's off limits. We walk you through all of it.

From signing the contract to us actually being live in your DMs is usually 3 to 5 days.

What's the pricing model? +

Almost always revenue share. We make money when you make money, that's the whole point. The exact split depends on where you're at, what you actually want from us, and whether you're going for chatting only, marketing included, or full management.

We talk numbers openly on the call. In 99% of cases there's nothing upfront.

Can I leave if it's not working? +

Yes. No weird lock in stuff. If it's not working, you give us 30 days and we part ways.

Most people stay because they're making more money than before, not because they're trapped in a contract.

For agencies
What does the agency partnership look like? +

You handle the creators and the relationships. We handle the chatting and marketing side. The team, the scheduling, the QA, the traffic, the numbers. You stay the face of your agency, we just run the engine room behind it.

Most agencies tell us this saves them 6 to 12 months of trying to build a chatting team from scratch. Or building it twice before getting it right.

What size agencies do you work with? +

Anywhere from 3 creators to 50+ rosters. The math works better at scale, obviously, but we have tiers for smaller teams too.

If you're just starting your agency and don't want to deal with hiring chatters yet, we have a starter program for that. Skip the headache, plug into ours, scale when you're ready.

Do you replace our existing chatting team or supplement it? +

Either works. Some agencies hand the whole chatting side over to us. Others keep the chatters they already trust and use us to fill gaps. Overnight shifts, weekends, languages they don't have, or just the bigger creators who need their A team.

We figure out what makes sense for you, not the other way around.

Do you also handle marketing for partner agencies? +

Yes, and a lot of partners use us for exactly that. Reddit and X promo, traffic strategies, growth playbooks, the whole stack. Some agencies plug into us purely for marketing and keep their own chatters in house. Others go full backend with chatting and marketing both.

Whatever combination makes sense for your operation.

What CRM tools do you integrate with? +

Infloww, Supercreator, OnlySweet, FansCRM, FanCentro Pro, and most in house custom tools. Whatever you're already using, we'll fit into it. You shouldn't have to change your whole stack to work with us.

If you're using something niche or homemade, just ask. We've probably seen it.

How do you ensure brand voice consistency across creators? +

Every creator gets her own pod. A small team with one lead chatter who knows the account inside out. Before they touch a single DM, they go through her content, her old conversations, her audience, her pricing.

We do QA every week, and you (or the creator) can flag anything that doesn't sound right. We fix it fast. Bad voice equals bad revenue, we're aligned on that.

How does the partner network actually work? +

We have direct relationships with a handful of the fastest growing full management agencies. When a creator comes to us who'd be better off with a hands on agency, we connect them. When a partner agency has more creators than chatters, we cover the overflow.

Margins on this network are better than what either side would get cold. It's closed though, we don't open it up publicly.

General & operational
Where is your team based? +

The chatting team is spread across different time zones. That's how we actually cover 24/7 instead of just claiming we do.

Ops and management sit in the USA. Native level English is the floor for every chatter. If you need other languages, we have native speakers on request.

How do you handle account security and privacy? +

Everyone signs an NDA. Account access goes through dedicated tools with full logging. No shared passwords flying around in chat, no logging in from someone's phone in a coffee shop. 2FA on every login.

We treat your data like a bank would. It's the only way this works long term.

Are conversations scripted or real? +

Real conversations. We have playbooks for the predictable stuff like rebill recovery and PPV upsells, but the actual back and forth with the fan is human and tailored to him.

Fans pay because they feel a connection. The second they realize they're talking to a copy paste script, they're gone. We're not stupid enough to break that.

How do I get started? +

Hit "Connect with our agency" or "Become a partner" on the homepage and fill in the form. It's short. We come back to you within 24 hours with a slot for a 30 minute call.

No obligation, no pressure. By the end of the call you'll know if it makes sense, and so will we.
